Share your screen so we can investigate and troubleshoot your computer for various issues you may be experiencing. Using TeamViewer to securely access your PC we can troubleshoot your computer remotely. Step 1: Connect Zoom on mobile device. Step 2: Download and Install TeamViewer (Free) Step 3: Establish secure connection using TeamViewer. Step 4: Start troubleshooting. Although this is a convenient way to troubleshoot your PC, a stable internet connection is required.

Cancellation Policy

To reschedule or cancel, please log in to your account or contact us at least 24 hours before start time to avoid potential cancellation fees. (eg. start time at 9am on 1/2/23; make changes before 8:59am on 1/1/23). Making changes within the 24 hour period may result in a $65 cancellation fee.
