The services provided by JSC Ltd. Co. under the Home Maintenance Management Plans are intended for routine maintenance and minor repairs only. While JSC Ltd. Co. strives to deliver quality and reliable services, the following disclaimers apply: Service Limitations: JSC Ltd. Co. does not cover major repairs or replacements outside the scope of minor maintenance tasks as outlined in each plan. Subscribers acknowledge that major repairs will be subject to additional fees, albeit at a discounted rate, if arranged through JSC Ltd. Co. *Additionally, any paint required for touch-ups must be provided by the customer. Material Quality: Replacement items provided under the plans are of standard quality. Premium materials can be requested at an additional cost. JSC Ltd. Co. does not assume responsibility for the performance or longevity of these materials beyond their standard warranty. Liability: JSC Ltd. Co. is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the services provided. This includes, but is not limited to, any damages caused by faulty materials or unforeseen incidents during maintenance. Changes and Modifications: JSC Ltd. Co. reserves the right to modify service terms, scope, and pricing at its discretion. Notice of any changes will be communicated to subscribers, and continued use of the services signifies acceptance of these changes. Service Guarantees: While JSC Ltd. Co. endeavors to provide competent and timely service, no explicit guarantees are made regarding the outcomes or efficacy of the maintenance tasks performed, as results may vary based on individual circumstances. Cancellation and Refunds: The subscription plans may be canceled at any time, subject to the terms outlined in the Plan Policy Agreement. Refunds are only applicable if cancellations occur before the first scheduled service visit and do not apply once any service has been rendered. Setup fee is non-refundable. By engaging with JSC Ltd. Co.'s services, subscribers acknowledge and accept this disclaimer in full. This disclaimer is governed by the laws applicable to JSC Ltd. Co.'s jurisdiction of operation.
