Cancellation Policy

To reschedule or cancel, please sign up and log in to your account or contact us at least 24 hours before start time to avoid potential cancellation fees. (eg. start time at 9am on 1/2/23; make changes before 8:59am on 1/1/23). Making changes within the 24 hour period may result in a $65 cancellation fee.
